A Destination Wedding in Paradise
We helped Kate and Brent create a casual, relaxed vibe for their weekend celebration with friends and family.

Step one was establishing a back up plan which meant renting a tent large enough to hold both the ceremony and reception.

Step two was deciding our color palette of corals, pink and tropical greenery.

How Did We Do It?
Outdoor weddings require constant watch of the weather in case Plan B has to be executed. We took care of this so Kate could enjoy her morning with no worries.

We sourced cross back chairs and a driftwood arch for the ceremony, custom branded coconuts for guests to enjoy as they arrived and to serve as escort cards, and displayed sunglasses for those guests that may have forgotten theirs.

We partnered with Save the Date Florida, for help choosing the perfect florals for the bouquets and centerpieces that could withstand the sun.

Don't Forget the Little Ones
At the kids' tables we staged coloring books, bubbles and games to keep them entertained.

Love isSweet
We worked with Kate and Sweety Dipped Confections to create tropical goodies and styled the dessert table so that everything was beautifully displayed.
