Sirecia & Masable

Wedding Day
An unusually cold and rainy November day resulted in moving the ceremony and cocktail hour from the courtyard outside to backup spaces indoors. We made the call the day before when it was clear the whether was not going to cooperate. This decision was based on several key items like the amount of time it would take to assemble the couple's custom designed aisle knowing once it was down there would be no moving it. Our expert vendor team worked together on making the call and creating a gorgeous Plan B space.
Cocktail Hour
It was important to Sirecia and Masable to provide their guests with a unique and fun evening of entertainment. After the ceremony, guests passed by a "living" champagne wall that greeted them with bubbly and a surprising hello, compliment or joke. While enjoying passed appetizers and cocktails, a violinist played and a graceful aerialist performed. Guests located their table assignment on a custom made acrylic seating chart that included the couple's monogram.
The Reception
By far the best part of the day was seeing Sireca's face during the coupl'e's ballroom reveal. It took us about eighteen hours to transform the ballroom complete with covering the blue carpet with white, draping the entire space whith shimmering silk drapes, installing custom designed lighting, custom furniture including a 52 foot gold acrylic serpentine head table and dance floor.
The Cake
Sirecia always dreamt of a grand wedding cake and that's exactly what we gave her. Seven tiers of hand made sugar flowers in a custom designed spiral pattern with added touches of gold leafing. The cake sat under an acrylic chuppa that coordinated with the ceremony arch in style and floral design.
