The Don CeSar

Paige and Brian had a crystal-clear vision for their wedding day. The historic Don CeSar—known for its pink façade and timeless coastal elegance—was the only venue they ever considered. It offered the perfect setting for their elegant beach formal wedding.

Their design centered around a bold and joyful palette of bright pinks, citrusy oranges, and tropical greenery. The result was a striking, colorful aesthetic that beautifully reflected the couple’s energetic personalities and love of fun. Every element was intentionally curated and many items were hand made by Paige and her mother.

The ceremony took place in the garden space with the pink place as the backdrop. Following the ceremony, guests joined cocktail hour on the hotel veranda for breathtaking sunset views and live music. The dinner reception took place in the Grand Ballroom. Hand painted linens and shell embellised vases for tropical orochids dressed the tables and each guest was surprised to find a photo at their place setting of them with either the bride or the groom. The ballroom felt grand and intimate at the same time.

With Paige and Brian having such a clear aesthetic vision, our role focused on connecting them with the right creative partners to bring it to life. We facilitated vendor referrals, designed detailed floor plans and timelines, and ensured every question was answered along the way. From start to finish, we kept the planning process organized and on track.

Perhaps most importantly, we were by their side when an unexpected change impacted their original date. After the Don CeSar sustained significant damage from the October 2024 hurricanes, Paige and Brian had to move their wedding from March to May 2025. We helped them navigate the rescheduling process with confidence—securing a new date, coordinating with every vendor to ensure a smooth transition, and reworking the logistics without compromising their vision.
