Cocktail Hour
In the cocktail hour space, we set up the couple's welcome table and cocktail decor. The welcome table included the couple's yearbooks turned to the pages where they wrote to each other. They also had their vows framed, engagement photos and a guest book. Cocktail tables had framed photos and their initials with sparkling candles. Guests were entertained with cigar rollers and treated to custom labled cigar favors.
Wedding Day
We started working with Kayla and Ryan eight weeks out from their wedding date. We collaborated with all their vendors on timing, logistics, and floor plans for a seamless day of itinerary. The ceremony took place in the ballroom at Hotel Haya in historic Ybor City. Afterwards, we assisted the hotel staff in completely flipping the room for the dinner reception. We placed all of Kayla and Ryan's decor items including table numbers, place cards, acrylic names and gift boxes at each place setting and hung neon signs in various locations all while guests were attending cocktail hour.
Cake & A Party
We closely monitored the timeing throughout the evening so Kayla and Ryan could relax and have plenty of time for fun after all of the formalities and an outfit change.

When I met Karen at the Tie the Knot wedding event in Ybor we instantly hit it off. I loved her personality and how helpful she was in answering all my wedding related questions. At the event, I entered a drawing at her boothto win a discount on day of coordination and I won! So we decided to move forward with EventFull Weddings for our day of coordination. They provided great service and were extremely helpful in ensuring everytthing wentt smoothly on our wedding day. In hindsight, I would have decided to use them earlier on in the process for more help in planning the details before the wedding day!
