1
What is the biggest difference between Full and Partial Planning?
I get asked this frequently and the answer is TIME. With full planning we are removing from your plate all vendor communications so you are not bogged down in phone calls and emails. That's where the majority of stress comes from when planning a wedding.
2
What is the difference between Designing and Planning
Planning is more about logistics and production and less about aesthetics. Your planner will be with you from beginning to end making sure all details are considered and the process is seamless. Wedding design is focused on the aesthetics of your event. A wedding designer will work with you on bringing your vision to life. Not all companies do both but with EventFull Weddings, you get the luxury and benefit of working with one skilled and experienced person to satisfy all your needs in one place.

We are getting married in Florida but live in another state. Can you still plan our wedding?
Yes, we work with couples from all over. We can meet with you by Zoom, video site visits for you and of course attend all of your vendor meetings. Not being physically located in the state is no problem at all.
4
Do you have a minimum budget requirement?
There's no way around it. Weddings are expensive and I believe in setting realistic expectations with perspective clients. While we do not have a minimum per se, on average, our clients have guest lists ranging from 125 to 200 and spend between $65,000 to $150,000. We do require the use of professional vendors.
5
When does planning start?
The design and planning process starts as soon as your signed contract and 50% nonrefundable retainer is received. With Full Planning, we require a minimum of six months to plan and no more than eighteen months. Our wedding day coordination services can be booked no more than twelve months in advance and begins sixty days from your wedding date.

Who will be my planner?
From the initial consultation forward you will work exclusively with me on the design and planning process. We will establish a close relationship over the months leading to your wedding and I wouldn't miss being present on your day for the world. I am at every wedding and will have a minimum of two additional coordinators assisting me. My coordinators are all highly trained with experience in planning, coordination and hospitalitty.
7
Do you book multiple weddings on a weekend?
I do not accept more than one wedding each weekend. Our wedding days are labor intensive and on average last up to twelve hours. You deserve a team that is energized and focused exclusively on making your day flawless.
