Wedding Day Management begins eight weeks from your wedding day and includes up to three coordinators. The following is a detailed list of inclusions:

Up to three coordinators including your very own personal bridal attendant

Distribute and pin wedding party florals

Set up and remove personal decor items

Coordinate vendor arrival, set up and tear down

Participate in your final vendor calls to wrap up details and contracts

Prepare & coordinate event timeline with caterer, DJ, photographer and beauty team

Assist the bridal party during the event

Decorate the bridal suite if on premises

Coordinate couple's to go meals (depending on catering contract)
