The Ceremony
Sachell and her bridesmaids were shuttled to the wedding venue in style on a beautiful white and gold trolley from Star Trolley. The ceremony at Sunken Gardens was scheduled to take place outside but the weather didn't cooperate. We made quick decisions and flipped spaces so that Sachell and Francisco would still have a beautiful ceremony.
The Reception
IThe reception space was a tropical oasis. We brought in over twenty five trees to set the stage. Tropical floral centerpieces in moody colors were styled with fresh fuits set atop the cinnamon colored tablecloths. It smelled incredible. Wooden charger plates and cross back chairs were the perfect compliments. The couple's friend made the monstera leaf place cards making them extra special.
The absolute BEST!! We started working with Karen about a year before our wedding. We locked down all major details with a few in person meeting then all small details with monthly calls. Karen was always available to discuss in between if anything comes up. All vendors she recommended did an excellent job and just had great energy throughout the day. She was there to listen to what WE wanted as a couple. Making all the moves behind the scenes to make it happen or let us know if something was not able to happen because of any vendor/venue restrictions. She keeps all of the moving parts organized and puts it all together.
On wedding day, having Karen and Chloe with us was so essential in ways I didn’t imagine. From keeping the timeline(in a non stressful way) to Chloe finding ‘tide to go’ to get a stain off my dress right before photos. Most importantly when a thunderstorm came up right at the time of our outdoor ceremony, Karen put plan B into action seamlessly.

The Cake
The couple sliced a small piece of traditional wedding cake from a faux cake for their photo opp. Sachell wanted to keep to her Dominican heritage and chose to serve guests a traditional Dominican dessert in two tropical flavors to their guests.
